Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Sarastea order. If you change your mind, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You must notify Sarastea of your decision to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your name, order number and the item(s) concerned.
Simply returning an item or failing to collect a shipment does not constitute a withdrawal notice.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the item must be returned within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when exercising the normal 14-day right of withdrawal.
Sarastea does not provide prepaid return labels for normal returns.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides proof of shipment and keeping your receipt until your refund has been completed.
If you receive an incorrect item or an item has a defect for which Sarastea is responsible, please contact us before returning the product so that we can provide further instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect and try on an item in the same way that would reasonably be possible in a physical store.
If an item has been handled or used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and its value has decreased as a result, Sarastea may be entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value from the refund.
Many Sarastea products are secondhand, vintage or one-of-a-kind items and may show normal signs of previous use.
We aim to clearly describe and photograph any known flaws, signs of wear and other relevant details in the product listing.
Normal signs of use that were clearly disclosed before purchase are part of the stated condition of the item.
Refunds
When an entire order is validly withdrawn, we will refund the payments received for the returned products.
We will also refund the original delivery cost up to the value of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by Sarastea.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as Express Shipping, the additional cost of that delivery method will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that the item has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive the wrong item or believe that a product has a defect that was not disclosed in the product description or photos, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photos showing the problem.
We will review the matter and provide further instructions.
If the product has a defect for which Sarastea is legally responsible or the wrong product was delivered, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this Return & Refund Policy.
Secondhand Items
Purchasing a secondhand or vintage item does not in itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal when shopping online.
Please check the product description, photos, size, measurements and condition information carefully before placing your order.
Each one-of-a-kind secondhand item may have individual characteristics or signs of previous use.
Digital Products and Courses
Different withdrawal rules may apply to digital content and online courses.
If digital content is supplied immediately during the 14-day withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be lost only where the customer has expressly agreed to the immediate supply of the digital content, acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal and received the required confirmation.
Any applicable information will be provided before the purchase is completed.
